Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are a crew of four in the field, so we can’t promise 24/7 emergency service, but when someone is available we will come out after hours. After-hours calls are a $250 call-out fee, which covers the first hour, then our normal $125 per hour. If we have to open a supply house for parts, there is an extra $125.
